• Digital prescription management
• Patient records and visit history management
• Healthcare facility and doctor management tools
• Appointment scheduling and reminders

Our Services are designed to assist healthcare providers in managing their practice operations and are not intended to replace professional medical judgment.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harvest or collect user data without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without permission

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by CharakX and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
